Edible flowers pairing with organic wine in Cuatro Rayas

During May, cooperative’s Verdejo, Red and pale Rosé wines will be accompanied by flower micromezclum, zucchini flowers and rose blossom tapas made by El Foro de Rueda

La Seca (Valladolid), April 2019. Organic Wines of Cuatro Rayas Winery will be the main protagonists of the wine tourism activities planned for the first weekends of May since, in Cuatro Rayas, we will receive the month of the flowers with a visit around the organic brands of the winery and pair them with tapas made with edible flowers.

    On 4, 11, 13, 15, 18 and 25 May, in two different sessions, one at 11:30 am and another at 4:30 pm, there will be a tour around the facilities of the cooperative winery located in La Seca. Likewise, the attendants will be able to discover the secrets of how organic wines are produced at Cuatro Rayas Winery and enjoy them accompanied by tapas specially prepared for the occasion by the Posada el Foro de Rueda, a member of the Rueda wine Route.

  • Days: Saturdays 4, 11, 18, and 25, Monday 13 and Wednesday 15, May
    Hours: 11:30 am and 4:30 pm
  • Price: 15 € per person
  • What is included in the price? Guided tour + Wine Tasting (Cuatro Rayas Organic Verdejo, Cuatro Rayas Organic Rosé and Cuatro Rayas Organic Tempranillo), all of them accompanied by: Flower mircromezclum salad with duck ham. Zucchini flower filled with goat cheese. Salmon roll with guacamole and rose blossoms.
