Cuatro Rayas Viñedos Centenarios a wine made from our oldest vineyards, with over over 100 year old vines, pre-phylloxera even, and using the most traditional harvesting and processing methods that provide all the elegance and balance to the Verdejo. This is a limited and exclusive production in tribute to the Winery’s 75 years.
Stainless steel fermented using native yeasts and lees stirring for a minimum of 4 months.
Fermentation temperature: 15ºc
Fermentation period: 21 days
Cool maceration:24 hours, 6ºc
A wine with golden yellow colour and greenish undertones. Clean, powerful and fresh on the nose, which is a varietal characteristic. Fruity and herbal with a hint of fennel coming through. Full flavoured, powerful but well balanced with a silky texture, hints of white fruit and herbs.
Grilled fish and meat, seafood, cheese.
